About Natasha Jones
Natasha Jones of has over 15 years experience working as a qualified employment lawyer and has been a member of The Employment Lawyers Association for the some 16 years. Natasha has a wide range of experience of advising on all areas of employment law.  On a daily basis she talks to HR professionals, dealing with dismissals, grievances and strategic HR issues.    Cheshire Employment Law
She is involved in both contentious and non-contentious work and has advised a broad spectrum of clients, including public bodies, companies and individuals. Natasha also has access to an extensive network of other specialist law advisors and HR Professionals if these should be needed.

Natasha is an experienced Employment Tribunal advocate, who has considerable experience in handling large complex cases, instructing Counsel where necessary.  Whilst able to advise on any area of employment law, she has a particular interest in disability discrimination. She regularly advises on a wide range of circumstances where TUPE applies or may apply.  She has regularly advised on redundancy exercises.  She has experience of corporate transaction work and advises clients on issues including executive terminations, protection of confidential information and post termination restrictions. She has an equal mix of Respondent and Claimant work.

Examples of recent work which Natasha has undertaken include:

>> Successfully representing a senior executive of a Japanese company who had made a protected disclosure.

>> Advising a construction company in relation to the strategy and redundancy process and drafting settlement agreements.

>> Successfully representing a Director in an Age discrimination case and negotiating a share purchase agreement and settlement agreement.

>> Advising a local company in relation to a sex discrimination claim and return of an employee from additional maternity leave.

>> Successfully defending a local landed estate in relation to a sex discrimination and unfair dismissal claim and on a ongoing basis advising in relation to contract of employments, grievance and disciplinary procedures.

>> Advising in relation to a settlement agreement and renegotiation of a share purchase agreement of a senior executive.

>> Advising the managing partner of a major international accountancy firm in relation to strategy and negotiation concluding with a settlement agreement.

>> Advising a local charity in relation to following a disciplinary procedure and dismissal process.

>> Appointment as HR manager for a financial services company.

As part of the role of Partner of a law firm for 6 years Natasha has had particular responsibility for the management and supervision of the more junior members of the firm. Natasha has presented a number of seminars alongside other professionals in particular accountants and has been a guest speaker at local business clubs. For over ten years she has been an active member of a number of networking clubs and regularly writes for a local business magazine in relation to employment legal topics.
